Product function
Suitable for Wet wipes, Towels, Paper Towels, Noodles, Sausage, Squid, Popsicles, Fudge, Cookies, Fresh Fruit and other soft-shaped, elongated, bulk packaging.
Suitable for packaging single or multiple products, for example: single or multiple Vegetables, fruits, Laudrysoap, cakes, chacolate bar, tableware, electric parts, iron pipe, etc.
Technical Feature
1. It adopts PLC control and is equipped with a touch screen man-machine interface control system, which is easy to operate.
2. Automatic detection function, any faults will be automatically detected and displayed on the touch screen for easy maintenance and inspection.
3. Safety device, when working abnormally or the heating pipe fails, it will give an alarm and prompt on the touch screen.
4. A machine-glass safety door is randomly equipped to protect the safety of operators.
5. Imported engineering plastic bearings are used in some parts, no need to refuel, reducing the pollution of materials.
6. The knife seat is strengthened and the sealing is tighter.
7. The packaging material loss is low. This machine uses prefabricated packaging bags with perfect packaging patterns and good sealing quality, thus improving the product quality.
8. One machine for multiple purposes, which can realize diversified packaging of the same type of products.
9. Using three frequency conversion, double servo motor control, bag length can be adjusted at will
10. High-sensitivity photoelectric color mark tracking and digital input of the sealing and cutting position make the sealing and cutting position more accurate.

d) Free samples if you need, just need you undertake the shipping charge.
e) After confirming all information by you,we'll prepare a cost of Purchase Agreement; we'll attach the bank information in the PI. 30% T/T deposit and 70%T/T balance should be paid before shipping.
f) When receive the 30% deposit, we will confirm your artwork and packing design and start production your products.After we finished the production and receive the 70% balance, we'll arrange the shipment foryou at once.
