Product function
Suitable for Wet wipes, Towels, Paper Towels, Noodles, Sausage, Squid, Popsicles, Fudge, Cookies, Fresh Fruit and other soft-shaped, elongated, bulk packaging.
3.Main Characteristics
1. Adopt PLC control, equipped with touch scream and man-machine interface control system, easy to operate.
2. Automatic detection function. Any fault will be detected automatically and displayed on the touch screen makes it easy to maintain, check.

4.Technical Feature
1. The feeding conveyor is made of stainless steel and can be used to contact food. We can make different conveyors according to different products. Uniform and stable Transmission speed to prevent product from moving. Very easy to disassemble conveyor for easy replacement to suit different products.
2. The feeding of the packaging material is driven by the variable frequency motor, and the running speed can be adjusted at will. The position of the bag cut can be according to position of the color code detected. The code machine is available to be equipped on the machine to print production date, bar code, QR code and company name etc.

3. Bag former's width and bag sealer's height is adjustable for different products' dimension; Bag sealer can be coated for sealing PE plastic material; The PID controller can control the temperature very precisely to suit different types of packaging materials.
4. Easy control of machine operation via touch screen, such as adjustment of bag size, running speed, seal temperature, coding machine, color mark detecting etc. Japanese imported electrical configuration ensures stable operation of the machine; All transmission parts are quenched to extend machine life and stability.

b) Then we will response to your request within 24 hours with an item including description, unit price information.
c) We may contact you for clarification or options during this price quote, please do not hesitate to call or email us if you have any further necessary revisions.
d) Free samples if you need, just need you undertake the shipping charge.
e) After confirming all information by you,we'll prepare a cost of Purchase Agreement; we'll attach the bank information in the PI. 30% T/T deposit and 70%T/T balance should be paid before shipping.
f) When receive the 30% deposit, we will confirm your artwork and packing design and start production your products.After we finished the production and receive the 70% balance, we'll arrange the shipment foryou at once.
