Production process
The working principle of the equipment: raw material feeding-longitudinal folding → length automatic cutting → horizontal folding → automatic product output → product stacking
Product function
In industrial production, folding machines are used to fold non-woven fabrics into specified shapes.The folding width can be adjusted longitudinally, and the cutting length of the product can be adjusted between 300-2400mm, and the length error is ±1mm

Technical Feature
1. Equipment production requirements: This equipment can process various spunlace non-woven fabrics, hot-air fabrics, hot-rolled fabrics, needle-punched fabrics, anti-stick fabrics, SMS, paper-plastic composites and other raw materials
2. Raw material width ≤ 2 meters
3. The folding width can be adjusted longitudinally, and the cutting length of the product can be adjusted between 300-2400, and the length error is ±1mm
4. The product can be folded horizontally by one-third, one-half (fold in half), one-quarter, one-sixth, one-eighth

d) Free samples if you need, just need you undertake the shipping charge.
e) After confirming all information by you,we'll prepare a cost of Purchase Agreement; we'll attach the bank information in the PI. 30% T/T deposit and 70%T/T balance should be paid before shipping.
f) When receive the 30% deposit, we will confirm your artwork and packing design and start production your products.After we finished the production and receive the 70% balance, we'll arrange the shipment foryou at once.
