Product function
In industrial production, folding machines are used to fold non-woven fabrics into specified shapes and then count stacks. According to the size of the folded finished product, it can be divided into 90 type, 100 type, 150 type, 200 type, 400 type, 600 type,1000 type and other specifications and special specifications required by users. Generally, the four layers are folded into a square shape, but it can also be folded into an N-shaped or W-shaped rectangle, that is, multiple folding methods. It can be divided into 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, 24, special layers, etc. Especially suitable for folding medical dressing non-woven fabrics and wipes.

Technical Feature
1. The equipment is equipped with a wide belt synchronous conveying device and two tension control devices to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the folded finished product. Equipped with a positive and negative guide cloth conversion device, which is convenient for production.
2. The equipment is equipped with two sets of temperature control devices for heating to ensure that the embossing texture is clear and does not rebound. The heating devices are controlled by a temperature controller. The temperature depends on the material of the non-woven fabric and the clarity of the embossing pattern.
3. The equipment is equipped with a multifunctional special-shaped folder designed by our factory, which can convert more product folding modes and is easy to adjust.
4. The equipment is equipped with solenoid valve pneumatic counting device, high and low up and down counting, high counting flexibility and lightness.
5. The equipment uses imported knives to cut, durable and not easy to heat, and is equipped with an automatic knife sharpening device.
6. The transmission parts of the equipment adopt double-piece gears and bevel gears to eliminate gear gaps, fine processing technology, low noise, and static elimination devices can be added according to different product materials.
7. The table top and the parts related to the product are all made of 304 stainless steel.
8. The equipment adopts high-quality frequency conversion to control speed, and the wiring of electrical parts is standardized, beautiful and easy to operate.
9. The whole machine has advanced design concepts, reasonable and standardized structure layout, stable high-speed operation, stable performance, simple operation, and conforms to the production conditions of sanitary products.

d) Free samples if you need, just need you undertake the shipping charge.
e) After confirming all information by you,we'll prepare a cost of Purchase Agreement; we'll attach the bank information in the PI. 30% T/T deposit and 70%T/T balance should be paid before shipping.
f) When receive the 30% deposit, we will confirm your artwork and packing design and start production your products.After we finished the production and receive the 70% balance, we'll arrange the shipment foryou at once.
