Roll of nonwoven fabric machine → Passive feeding → N/M folding in width direction → Adding liquid → Squeeze out excess liquid and traction → Cutting off → Folding in length direction → Entering one roll of packaging film on the machine → Following cursor/fixing length feeding → Wrap wet wipes → Longitudinal back seal → Horizontal seal and cut → Coding → Finished product delivery

1. This plant is specially designed for wet wipes packing. It adopts vertical folding, lower feeding mechanism. The machine has the characteristic of fast speed, smooth operation and the whole production process can be completed automatically.
2. Specific functions based on the requirements provided by the client can be added. The automatic process can avoid the secondary pollution of wet wipes in the packaging process.
3. This compact and reasonable designed plant is suitable for back seal packaging of single-piece wet wipes. (Figure 1)

3. The advantages of the plant
1.The whole machine adopts servo motor control system imported from Germany.Compared with other domestic and foreign similar frequency conversion motor or frequency converter control products, it has good stability and runs smoothly under the condition of high-speed production.
2.This machine is more intelligent. Its packaging accuracy is higher, adjustable range is wider, control is more accurate, defective rate is lower and stability is better. Because of the use of the world's leading all-open box structure, the transmission structure is clear at a glance which makes maintenance easier.
3.This type of full automatic machine integrates wet wipes folding, liquid addition, slicing, bag making, number and date printing which is currently the first choice of single-piece wet wipes production.

f) When receive the 30% deposit, we will confirm your artwork and packing design and start production your products.After we finished the production and receive the 70% balance, we'll arrange the shipment foryou at once.
